Content Policy

# Besday Content Policy Last updated 7 September 2026. This sets out what we will and will not make. It is deliberately short. Most orders fall straight into "we'll make it" and never touch the rest of this page. ## Three outcomes Every order is one of three things: something we make, something a person looks at first, or something we decline. ## We will not make - Anything illegal, or made to help someone break the law - Sexual content involving minors, in any form - Intimate or sexual content depicting someone without their consent - Explicit pornographic content - Hate speech, or content targeting or harassing a person or group - Content designed to defraud or deceive people - Impersonation of a real person, business or brand you are not authorised to represent - Content intended to facilitate serious harm ## We will look at first These are not banned. They are areas where getting it wrong is expensive for you, so a person at Besday reviews the order before we produce it, and may come back with questions or decline it: - Health, medical or therapeutic claims - Supplements and nutrition claims - Financial products, returns or earnings claims - Alcohol - Other regulated products - Sexual wellness and adult wellness products - Direct comparisons to a named competitor - News, current affairs or factual claims presented as reporting - Content naming or depicting a real, identifiable person - Anything with a heightened trademark or copyright question Sexual wellness is on this list rather than the one above on purpose. A lawful adult wellness brand is an ordinary customer, and we are not going to refuse an entire industry to save ourselves a conversation. What we will not produce is explicit or non-consensual material, which is on the list above and stays there. ## Everything else Ordinary lawful commercial and creative content. Order it and we will make it. ## What you are responsible for You must have the rights to everything you send us — logos, trademarks, product photos, video, scripts, music and reference material — and to any claim you ask us to make about your product. We do not verify ownership of the material you upload, and we may decline to produce content where we believe the rights are not yours to give. ## If we decline We will tell you, and you will not be charged for a video we refuse to make. ## Contact support@besday.com
